With 25 years of training, education and experience, I have discovered the most effective and powerful methods to successfully bring healing and change. I provide guidance that supports your developing a deep personal understanding, with confidence and trust in your abilities, your insight and your wisdom when facing anything. I do this through integrating traditional and transpersonal counseling, including cognitive and behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy, inner child work, relaxation and stress reduction techniques, expressive therapies, guided imagery and other extremely effective and powerful methods of counseling. The counseling techniques help you explore, understand, heal and transform yourself and your life. You learn helpful tools for your every day life so you can begin to develop the inner strength to face experiences with an immediate sense of confidence and control. This greatly supports the deeper, more intricate process of healing taking place. As you heal you begin to embody the power that comes from knowing who you truly are, what you feel, how you think, what you want and need. This reveals possibilities for yourself and your life that may have seemed impossible before.
